Cancellation Policy
Health Coaching Sessions are booked for a minimum of 12-Weeks in advance. We are a small business and cannot survive on unpaid, reserved appointments. By purchasing sessions, you are claiming time in our schedule and we cannot book other clients in that time slot. Therefore, all Health Coaching Sessions are non-refundable and all packages have expiration dates. Any sessions not used by the expiration date are forfeited and no refunds are made. We value our time and take this policy seriously. If YOU cancel for any reason less than 24 hours before a session, your booked time will count as a session. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a session, your session will be forfeited and no refunds are made. If WE cancel for any reason less than 24 hours before a session, we will make up your session at a later time AND we will gift you a complimentary session. If WE are more than 15 minutes late to a session, we will finish any time remaining in that session AND gift you a complimentary session (see, we value YOUR time too!).
