In 2000, Custom Fit Personal Training was founded with a mission to create customized fitness
programs to meet individual needs. We’ve all traveled a life path that has led to who we are. Our bodies are different. Our minds respond differently. We have different daily responsibilities and priorities that shape our routines. We have varying past experiences, goals, and desires. We adapt to change at a different pace and succeed differently. We ARE different. Yet we are all the same. After working with clients for nearly 25 years, we understand the science behind behavioral change…it works. At Custom Fit Personal Training, our virtual sessions are designed to cater to your unique needs and help you Break Free from barriers, so you can successfully achieve your goals. Virtual sessions are a convenient way to stay on track, whether you are meeting us from the comfort of your own living room, from your office on your lunch hour, or from a beach vacation (a bit jealous over here, but go for it!).
